Good for you!!
I'm only 5' 10", and at one point I weighed 235#. I went on a pretty radical regimen (under a Doctor's care) and lost about 70# in about 3 months.
Couple of hospital stays and health problems later, I've put back about 15#, but I don't get as much exercise now that I'm retired.
Losing that much weight in that little time is pretty bad for you I think. I'm not sure how much you weigh now but losing a lot of weight fat may cause you to have extra loose skin (if you lose weight gradually it shrinks along with your body)
If I lost eight pounds in six days, I'd weigh around 220. I've already lost three pounds or so in the last four weeks without doing anything but running.
I have lost almost 40 pounds in the last two months. But then living an active life and n ot eating for days at a time will do that to you. I was eating like 3500 calories a day, when i decided to lose weight i ate about that much a week. Was so stupid, I could've (and probably did) caused permanent injury to myself. Keep at but be careful. Good luck.
