Coffee + Ovaltine = Ovaltine mocha = DELICIOUS and healthy!

You can add a serving of Ovaltine instead of sugar and it will provide sweetness, vitamin C, D, A, and several Bs.

Maybe not if you're an Atkins weenie...

A serving of Ovaltine has:

80 calories
Vitamin A 45%
C 45%
Calcium 8%
Iron 15%
D 50%
B-1 60%
B-2 45%
Niacin 45%
B-6 45%
Phosphorous 8%

What's so bad about the entire B complex? Got something against them?

Nesquick is chocolate and sugar. Might as well eat a candy bar, fatty.

Read the nutritional facts here

1/2g of fat to 1g of protein. Candybar? I think not....

It has very little compared to Ovaltine in the way of vitamins. Quik isn't nutritionally dense.

link?

link that it is?

its sugar with some vitamins. just take a vitamin.

It's malt extract with vitamins added. Some of the vitamin content is native to the malt. Chances are it's mch easier for your body to absorb than the stuff in a vitamin tablet.

Hey man, I'll drop two centrum tables into my 'quick and it will still taste miles better than ovaltine... Not to mention that noone actually drinks those as dietary supplements. Except for old people, which is why Ovaltine spends millions on really annoying commerials:

More Ovaltine! NO!!! MORE STFU GOD DAMN IT!!!

True that on the Ovaltine being sugar & vitamins.

You could just as easily use Nesquick, Milk, Coffee and then chew a Flintsontes chewable & be good!

:)

Same goes for all that STarbucks crap.

Make coffee........

Add ice
Add cream
Add sugar..........the more sugar........then a lil' more

Then throw whipped cream & nutmeg all over the top & call it **SPECIAL**.

Then bend over & grab ankles!!!!!!!!!!!!! :Q

Apples have very very little nutritional value. http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-B00001-01c20TB.html

Basically 12% vitamin C and the rest os sugar and starch.
