i'm done with them.
here's the latest, so about 3 days ago, my digital cable becomes unwatchable. blocky, freezing, no sound, you name it.
so i called had them send someone out and also bring out a DVR while their at it. so this guy comes out, puts this dvr in my entertainment center and leaves, he doesn't plug it in, he doesn't test it, NOTHING and he leaves. fvcker (i wasn't home, only my wife).
so i get home (this is yesterday) plug in the DVR and the fvcking dvr is FROZEN. i unplug it, and plug it back in a couple of times and i finally get it to do something. well, all the dvr buttons on the remote don't work. GRRRRR. so i called support again, of course they can't help me, and now someone is scheduled to come out tomorrow.
PLUS, fvcking comcast internet has been cr@pping out on me all day, fvck this bullsh1t. i'm paying them over $100.00 a month for THIS.
btw, i also have verizon dsl, so it's only a minor inconvenience not having comcast internet.
anyway, i'm going to cancel comcast all together when he comes tomorrow to fix this crap.
