I have 150sq ft of cedar planks that were pulled out of a cedar closet. They are 1/3" thick. Are they thick enough for a floor? It will be a bedroom floor.

no. wood flooring typically 3/4" to 1 1/2" think. And cedar is a very soft wood and is not suitable for flooring.

You could use them if you installed a plywood subfloor and installed them over that. Cedar is pretty soft, expect heavy damage from everyday traffic.

How long would a floor this thin last me for a low traffic room.

I'd not try it, since the wood is basically free and the cost will be your labor. Get some bamboo or hardwood floating floor product. Keep the cedar for ceilings and wainscoating. It is beautiful in that application, but my dog is already tearing grooves in my new cedar deck.:(

No, too thin, cedar is very soft and it will look horrible after a couple of years in the sunlight. Line your closet with it.
