I've got some minor sound issues.

When I go to play FarCry or Prince of Pesia the sound is extremely quiet. But if I right click on the volume control and switch the setting off of 5.1 then back again, before I load the game, the games sound is fine. Does anyone know what could be causing this, its just real annoying. I have tried many times to update my drivers for my sound card but every driver I get says that I don't have a creative SBLive 5.1 card. WHICH I DO HAVE. Thanks for any help.
