I've got bit by a bunch of ants... it sucks [POLL]

okay, okay, i was bitten by a ton of ants on my right hand on saturday... 2 days later i have a bunch of "white-head" zit looking things all over. I'm wondering if i should pop them, or if that could lead to infection.

this is kinda what they look like (but im 21, not 1)

edit: mine also have a lot more puss (white stuff) than that picture

ya, i dont even really listen to judas priest, my name comes from my grandma... she used it like a cuss word.

but those ants hurt
