I've got an annoying problem

My computer was working fine a few weeks ago and then all of a sudden it decides not to boot into winows. The computer will past post then right before or during the windows loading screen the computer screen goes blank even thought all the fans in the computer are spinning as if the computer were working. I have swapped out the video card, harddrive and reformated and still have had the same problem. I recently changed the bios to basic defaults and it would boot up fine. It did this for about 7 days and today I go to boot my computer up and the same problem. Eventually I finally got into windows and then I recieve a blue screen error stating that I have a "kernel data inpage error" and the it also mentioned the file wink32k.sys I'm thinking that my motherboard is screwed up because whenever I make a change in the bios the machine usually boots up. Anyone have any ideas because I'm stumped I've never ran into a problem like this where sometimes I can the boot the machine and other times I can't.
