Thanks to Dell for not canceling my order I now have a brand new retail ATI Radeon 8500. I already have an OEM Radeon 8500 which is what I have been using. It is one of the 250/250 ones. I have decided to Ebay one and keep the other. The problem is I can't decide which to keep and which to Ebay. I figure I could make $40 if I sell the retail one or I could spend $20 and keep the retail one. So the question becomes is the retail one worth $60 more than the OEM? Which should I keep? Thanks for any advice.

If you're happy with the OEM keep it and sell the retail here.BTW the 8500 is a very nice card that will only get better as drivers mature!

<< Is the OEM genuine ATI? If so, you can flash the bios to retail speeds. >>

I think. I got it from Newegg. I've tried overclocking it and it gets nowhere near 275/275.

<< I hate to say it, but.. neither.. >>

Why??? I'm very happy with the one I have.

I would sell the Retail, personally... i really don't think the difference in clock speed warrants 60 bucks... thats just me.

Keep the OEM and sell the retail. Later on when you start feeling the need for more speed dig around on the Web for the OEM to retail BIOS flash and the OC it.
