Does it come with a fan on the heatsink like the retail version or does their OEM model lack the fan?

I considering getting this since it's such a great price, but not sure if I should keep my TnT2 32mb for a bit longer till the price drops again. Any suggestions? I mainly use my system to play CS, Rogue Spear, etc.

u can also turn the thing into a radeon by importing a registry hack which enables the HyperZ feature which is disabled in the LE drivers.
