I've got 4000 Air Miles points and I don't know what to do with them...

Look at magazine for miles if we're talking about any airline worth its salt. Some good ones are Wall Street Journal and Time.
 
Sadly, 4000 miles ain't squat anymore.

With United I need 20k to 25k to get a free ticket 🙁
