I've got $1100... help me build please!

Hello everyone. Been out of the hardware game for awhile and ready to upgrade my aging 4400X2, 7800 gtx sli system.

I've got $1100 to spend and I want to wait until after the July price cuts. I'm going to be using this system for gaming, multimedia and general office work (games, photoshop/video, internet/html).

I'm not particuarly biased to either AMD or Intel.

Here are my basic requirements:

full sized tower case
2gb ram
8800 gts or gtx
(2) hard drives at 250gb or more
cd/dvd burner
power supply
motherboard

I DON'T need a monitor, soundcard, keyboard, mouse or anything esle... just a tower and it's components!

an 8800 will run about $300

and are you going to OC at all?

if you want great value, probably get an e4300 - $114
if you want future potential q6600 - $266 (after cuts)
another good one e6450 (4mb cache) - $164 (after cuts)
i wouldn't suggest an amd chip right now because of how good intel c2d chips are.

for hdds - probably seagate 7200.10s

2gb of ram you can get ddr2-800 usually on special for less than $70
