He calls himself "Bubba Moon" or something similar.

Yep - his first move would be to disable Last Rezort using the Wand of Love spell, then a powerful blast of Teardrop of Forgiveness using the Moon Star pendant. Then the grand finale would be a Ring of Friendship spell, created by having a few of his sailer friends join their powers in a circle that surrounds Last Rezort.

Yep, he would certainly be a goner.
