I've found my blinking screen problem

Tonight I finaly decided to remove both card from there PCI-Express slots and tried 3Dmark03 on the one that I've put in SLI in second time and when I've run it I got my blinking screen and when I've tried the other in the same PCI-Express slot I had no problem.
So tomorrow I'll returne the one that is giving me those blinking screens.

Now I hope that I'll get my awsome Fps.
