Is there any truth to this? Does fast food cause cancer or just high cholesterol which is manageable? I mean if you eat it like two or three times a week exactly how bad is it for you anyway?

I'm not positive, but I wouldn't think that one or two fast foot meals per week would be excessively horrible for you. It likely wouldn't be quite as good as eating homemade items everyday, but not always an option for many people. Besides, it's quite possible to make fairly healthy choices at just about any fast food chain out there nowadays. They still aren't places you should be eating at day in, day out, for years on end, but they're not gonna kill you, either. Most likely, anyway.

As for Wendy's spicy chicken...that's the fried one, yeah? I can't imagine that being particularly healthy; pretty sure a regular hamburger would be better for you. Their grilled chicken, on the other hand, isn't half bad, and their chili is actually pretty good.
