I've figured it all out.

According to a few things I've just read, girls like bad boys, and nice guys don't get jack.

So, do you have to be both, a bad boy and a nice guy? Do women like the challenge a bad boy brings, but still enjoy the comfort of a nice guy?

It's not like it matters to me, I've had my girlfriend for two years. I'm just putting it out there for everyone else, especially since people are really confused about getting dates, having girlfriends, etc. etc... I'm no pro. If you want a pro, ask someone who has been married for a long time!

First I've ever heard of such a theory!

I say this needs a YAGT in the title.

EDIT: And you sure ask a lot of questions for one who has figured it all out....

There is the pseudo-gay method you can try seeing how gay this thread is.
Just act gay and get close to your girl-friends, just when they least expected....... profit!

If you act mean to get a girl, you'll get what you deserve- a girl who's messed up enough to like mean guys.

Jesus said "Woe to you, when all (wo)men speak well of you". A mature man has to expect to be unattractive to a lot of women, because most people are unwise and immature, and tastes vary. If everyone likes you, there's something wrong with you.

Women say that they want nice guys, but it's the bad-boy alpha male that gets them wet.

I'm not a Jesus guy and I can honestly that was extremely well put. Most insightful thing I've heard in a while.

For someone who has it all figured out, you are asking too many questions and looking for too much reinforcement.

But to put in my two cents. Women like excitement and security. Bad boys give them the excitement and nice guys give them the latter.

It's hard to balance for us guys, but possible.

Women who are considered hot these days are usually young and have the time to make appearance a priority. Given that they have time to waste, security is not a priority. That leaves the need for constant excitement, which is what bad boys can give them... drama.

There are women who are hot that prioritize their future and look for security, but they are rare or taken since they first started dating.

What's even more rare is finding an exciting and stable woman you can trust which you can be both a bad boy and nice guy with.

And people wonder why men have gone to prostitutes since the dawn of civilization. Those guys truly have it figured out. Learn from them, OP. :)

Most of the people I've met who claim the nice guy title act like the girl's slave. They come across as desperate, needy, and boring with no personality of their own. I don't think you have to be mean, but you should treat the relationship like an equal partnership. You should both be having fun. If you feel like you are doing work and not having fun, you are doing it wrong and just getting used.
