I've decided my company needs to hire people.

Any struggling programmers out there that want a job in Upstate NY (Ithaca)? Or even some internship experience?

Yeah, we're looking, probably for 2 full time devs, and a few interns. Internship periods are normally 3 months I think. I can't guarantee any programming for internships, but I am personally requesting that we get an intern in to do some software testing.

Devs - we need preferably C/C++ & Delphi, but really if you're willing to learn, hey.
Interns - programming experience preferred, otherwise any sort of pursuit in digital forensics helps.

PM me if anyone is interested. Also - relocation is not out of the question for full time devs. I moved up here from FL last year... so they do it. But local candidates preferred.

(Note: I am not a recruiter, I am a dev here...)

This would be alot more tempting if upstate new york wasn't covered in several feet of snow 6 months a year.

The weather here was snow for a week (maybe 3"-12" worst case), then melts off for 2 weeks, then snows again... etc.
