I've created a monster!!!

Kiss goodbye to any time you would have spent with her

Looks like your PPD is going to increase exponentially now 😉

Ausm

I'm slowly in the process of building her a new one. She has an old Gateway Pentium 700 I think. I've got her a mobo and case (thank you Woot.com). Just need to get her the rest (CPU, vid card, memory).

What is that thing hanging from the thumbtacks?

D-Link DWL-122 802.11b USB Wireless Adapter. I hung it up for better reception.

is this game that addicting?

Yeah it is. She was having a field day with the body shop doing hair, makeup, facial changes, and outfits. When I saw her eyes light up, I knew I was in for it. She stayed up til 2:40 in the morning playing it.

I've played it a bit to and it's AMAZING at the level of detail they go into.

That sounds like fun...

I could make up a white trash texas chainsaw massacre family 🙂

You better make your own Sim. At least this way you can get some virtual sex.

woohoo
edit: the game is awesome btw. ive been playing it nonstop! but slows down like crazy on my rig (xp 2800+, 1 gig pc3200, gf 6800)...especially when viewing the 2nd level of my house. then again i have my sim's house decked with every single thing possible (he's the president of some business venture)

would a girl who really just does not like video games get a kick out of that game? my gf really just does not like them. she doesn't like watching them that much, and she just does not even really know how to play anything. would someone like that enjoy a game like the sims 2 ?

in a sense, you have a whole neighborhood with lots of houses and families and for example she plays family in house1 and you create another one in house2 when she is not playing, then you invide some of her family members over for dinner, start hitting on them, and make the spuse mad like hell 😛

edt.
and when she comes back to play the changes you made are still there 😀

Already did it 🙂

Wife was away at work. A message popped up that she was she needed to proofread an important document for spelling errors. It gave me the option to leave it, proofread it myself, or use spell check. I told her to proofread it herself and she turned it in. A message popped up about 20 seconds later saying that the document was full of errors and she got demoted and had to work terrible hours...

In the meantime, the husband was home and the maid was cleaning the house. I made the husband go over and start flirting with the maid b/c she had been thinking about him. Then I made him make out with her. She was very receptive and they just started going at it big time. No sooner than they sit on the couch to continue their loving, the wife walks through the door. She goes ballistic!!! She starts beating the sh!t out of the maid and then the husband falls to floor and has a nervous breakdown 🙂 Then what I would assume are loony bin doctors come to check him out
