I've come to the realization that I don't know how to relax

At home anyways.

If I'm at home, all I do is work work work.

When I do sports, I'm very serious and dedicated to it, but a few people have told me I need to relax.

How do you relax?

If I am not doing anything productive it drives me nuts.

That doesnt work for me, in no way is reading relaxing to me. My mind goes crazy when reading because of all they keywords.

example:
<starts reading> "The backyard had beautiful green grass, 2 trees and a nicely kept wooden fence." Oh, I need to fix the fence. <puts book down>
