I've come to the conclusion that the Universe was created five minutes ago...

For the past couple of months I've come to realize that our Universe and everything in it was created five minutes ago. I've thought about this many times and now I seriously believe it. Basically our Universe was created to make it seem that it's been running for billions of years. It's just like assembling an airplane in mid-flight. It might seem strange for someone to do something like that, but it is actually easier to build an Universe with complex life and intelligence in it already in place than wait for chance and evolution to develop it.

It was created five minutes ago, yet you have been thinking about this for months. Ooookay.

You were created with your mind, experiences, memories, and thoughts already in place.

It sounds crazy. I know. But I'm 100% convinced that the Universe was indeed created 5 minutes ago.

Can you define the term "yesterday" please.

I personally think the universe is too complex to even exist. It's created and immediately falls appart due to being too complex. It is then recreated as it would be a nanosecond later if it was possible for the universe to stablely exist.

Is the gay sex not satisfying you any longer? Try two men instead of just one next time.

It seems to you like there was such a thing as "yesterday", but those memories of the previous day were created five minutes ago to make you believe there was a past.

Have you seen the movie Dark City? What you are describing was the central focus of the plot.

That movie was obviously fictional, but the characters all believed their memories were real, except for one small gap that allowed the main character to figure out the truth.

I believe a similar thing was done in the movie Total Recall, although I haven't seen that one.

What would be the point of creating life with false memories unless it was an experiment? Why would a omniscient being need to experiment?

I've been studying for this test all night. What kind of god would start my life out mid-all-nighter????

So, what is the anti-religion cult to this religion (the Satanism to Christianity)? I want to join that.

Actually, I created you five minutes ago with all that junk in place. How are you enjoying it so far? Don't get too attached to anything, I might change my mind at any moment.

So, in the 5 minutes since our creation, have our decisions been the result of free-will or were they the inevitable path of fate?

Some of you get free will, and others have no choice as they were made for a specific purpose.
Like Arcadio. I made him to annoy you. How do you like my creation?
