Wow, this picture brought tears to my eyes. One of the refugee camps my parents stayed at before I came into this world. My parents traveled many months from Cambodia, eventually settling in a refugee camp like the one in this picture.

The charity that represents this fellow certainly would like you to feel sorry for him, cause they want your money. If you told him to his face that you felt sorry for him, he would probably kick you in the nuts.

Thanks for the reminder that most of those big problems we think we have are actually of no consequence at all compared to those that people like your parents have dealt with. You are truly "lucky".

Yeah because flickr.com is asking for donations. :roll: If you want you can check out the photographer's site. No mention of or request for charities there.
