First off want to say this didnt happen here on Andantech. I have nothing but positive feeback on ebay and hearware. Ive recently been getting into Nascar and been buying some diecast cars. Well to make a long story short I sent money to a person he backed out of the deal and never sent me my MO back. Even though he says he sent it back to me over 2 weeks ago, I never got it. He says hes not responable.

I was hoping someone here could help me like a troll hunter or any advise who to contact, actions to takes. He wont respond to any of my phone calls or emails anymore. I have all hes information phone, email, address ect..

If any one can help please PM me, will also give my number if needed. I can tell you the forum I made the deal and also left a feedback telling people about my bad deal and hes response to mine which is a lie.

Sorry to hear you got scammed and are into Nascar. If it is a sizable amount of money contact the local police and file a report. If it is a couple of bucks then I would write it off as a bad apple.
 
You could try to get your MO refunded through the company you purchased it with. Western Union I believe (or maybe it was someone else) charged $12 to go through the necessary steps to have it refunded, and even then it's not a sure thing.

Its funny you brought that up. As long has it hasnt been cashed yes I can do that. Thats another thing it hasnt been cashed yet so not just 5 minutes ago made a copy of the MO stub to send to Travelers Express. But they said it could take 30 days before it will go through. So Im not sure if Ill get lucky and not be cased in the next 30 days. But again I have nothing to loose by sending it in now. Your correct if it goes through they wil take the $12.00 from the $90.00.
 
If the guy sent you the money order back, he should have some sort of delivery confirmation or something. If he did do delivery confirmation, then it isn't his fault. If he did not do delivery confirmation, he's just an somewhat bad trader for not taking care of shipments properly.
