Sorry dude, I know that must be a pretty hard situation. I'm on H1 myself and just asked my employers to file the green card process for me yesterday... hopefully in a few years I'll be a premanent resident. Though with the new labor processing system it might be faster than that... fingers crossed...

Wish you best of luck in finding a job. If I were you I'd go back to some afordable college and get back on F1 visa... then look for jobs as a student. Much easier that way.
