I've been tasked with finding corporate PC monitoring software.

I have been given the task of recommending a PC activity monitoring product.

I'm not talking web activity monitoring (we already have that) I'm talking keystroke logging / remote screen shots, etc.

Does anyone have experience in the area?

Some background info:

Windows 2003 Active Directory domain.
Windows XP workstations.
About 40 users

An SQL backend would be nice.
Reporting capabilities by user / date, etc.

Price is not too much of a factor but obviously not looking to break the bank.
