I've been sick the past few days and I caught the cold from the girl that was sitting next to me on the airplane

this happened the DAY before the classes started again.. so I have no voice (i can't talk), runny nose, feeling cold but sweating my ass off at the same time (i hate this especially), irritated throat, etc.

I feel like I've lost few pounds from all the sweat I've been pouring out by forcing myself to go to classes (which is bad because I've been trying to gain weight, not lose weight). Walking five minutes to a class, I'm sweating like crazy. Does this sweating help me get better?
Last night, I took some nyquil before going to sleep, and I felt dizzy while trying to sleep and after I woke up. You guys should be lucky, I wish I wasn't sick right now :(

well a fever does raise your body temp in order to fight the infection so I would say yes.

if you keep your body temperature up, the virus cannot operate at its peak.

But you don't want to dehydrate
