How much is the car allowance? You must weigh in what will be cheaper in taxes....a car, or the car allowance.

But congrats nonetheless.
 
For my first review, after only 5 months of working, I got a 10% salary increase.

My second review is coming up...I feel like I was spoiled by my first one.
