50k steps? You sure about that? that's ~28 miles.I walk alot. Just on the weekend alone I took about 50k steps. That's on Sat and Sunday. That's a lot of steps. I'm not sedentary, and I do eat clean for the most part. Ice cream is a weakness of mine. I think it has to do with me feeling a bit stressed lately.
I’ve been eating paint chips every day after work. My wife thinks I’m depressed but they taste so good. Any dips I should try?
I just ate a great big fresh homemade salad including my homegrown tomatoes and purple tree collards. Knarly.Speaking of ridiculous eating I'm a few timbits short of polishing off a box of 20 in one sitting.![]()
I walked to Tim Horton's but that probably only burnt like half a timbit's worth of calories lol.
I misread it first time. Meant maybe 50,000 steps. Assuming 30" steps, that would be 23.7 miles. Possible, but unlikely.50k steps? You sure about that? that's ~28 miles.

I'm fairly partial to drywall compound. Has the consistency of ice cream but none of the calories!
Gross.Richie P ate a pint of Bens and Jerrys everynight before bed for years... Then he had a heart attack.

Yea, when I think I want some ice cream, I like to run around my yard and do pushups. That's sooo much better.Eating over 1000 calories in a sitting DAILY is terrible for your body. Can I suggest substituting 15 minutes of cardio or doing 3 sets of 15 pushups instead? If you get your heart pumping, the desire to eat tends to go away.

Amazing!
I'll bet it is, we don't get the Tillamook ice creams here, so I can only get them when traveling. Last time I went to CO I brought a cooler with the express intent of bringing some home with me.Yea, when I think I want some ice cream, I like to run around my yard and do pushups. I'm not sure how widespread it is here. I got it at my new Sprouts store. I don't usually go to the icecream aisle, but I wanted to checkout everything they had. The week before I got this...I'll bet it is, we don't get the Tillamook ice creams here, so I can only get them when traveling. Taking a cereal bowl full of pills to keep your heart working when you're 55 is SOOOOO much better![]()
Look under the sink, that's where you find the really yummy stuff. Try some drain cleaner or if you're in the mood for a nice citrus-y zing some lemon Pledge.
Scary thing is if you go to a typical fast food joint, you might be eating farily in excess of 1000 calories in that meal. Maybe well over 1500. Maybe a double cheese, fries, chocolate shake. Just checking, you're not talking about Carl's Jr., but Wendy's?Safe bet: Wendy's Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe + small chili and diet cola. Lots of protein and under 600 calories.
