I've been away from the hardware world a couple of years

Hi, as the title of the thread states, I've been away from the hardware world for quite some years, about 5 or 6 i'd say. So I'm meeting a dead end every time I try to pick up on hardware news, since the websites I used to know dont exist/ have any activity any more. Do you have any good advice regarding which websites I should begin to read upon ? Or is it too late to pick up what I've lost of information ?

I would suggest going through CPUs, SSDs, and if you're into gaming or other heavy graphics, discrete video cards.

Beautiful, nice with a swift reply. Thanks for the info, I'm definitely going to look on those sites (when my exams are over.. electrical engineering is nice, but you dont have any sparetime.)
