iv unlock my first weapon in BF2...when is the next one?

I got my 1000 points in BF2, but when is the next one? 2000? 5000?The bar seem to progress sloowwwly after

its huge....going to take forever. I just unlocked my first one last night as well.... Got the new assualt weapon.

10,500 actually.

I unlocked the PKM at Lance Corporal. Hell of a support gun. I have taken down many a Blackhawk with that monster.

I went with the medic's L85, very nice zoom on that one. The next one is soooo far away

The bf is just under halfway to the next rank after lance corporal. I've got some catching up to do!

I tried the demo, I keep getting connection error. Is it just the demo or the game is buggy as well?

I had that problem too iversonyin. Disabling Norton while playing fixed it.

Iv unlock the sniper gun and i really enjoy it.

BUT

I wont get 10k points to get my next weapon.

No.no.no. Im a wise guy.Im going to create Another account and get to 1000 and unlock another one...and so on.

Im not that nuts to unlock 10k jessh lol

When you earn a certain number of points from playing on stat servers you get to choose which weapon you want to unlock. The unlocked weapon you chose is only available on servers that have that feature turned on though.

I'm pretty sure you can see the unlocked weapons for each class under the BFHQ tab inside the game, but I might be thinking of something else.

their is only one unlockable weapon for each class right?

you can edit a python file to unlock the weapons in a game you host, if you just want to check them out...
i'm sure the instructions are on the net.
