itx file server/ internet gateway

looking at changing my file server from a dualp3-600 to a mini-itx (C3-933), specifically the falcon cr-51.
anybody that knows mini- itx; how does this sound? Will it be strong enough for a network of 3-5 MUCH more powerful PC's?

Strictly WinXP network..
Mostly surfing and multi- player lan gaming.
 
The mini-itx box will have no problems with your network. If it's just doing traffic routing it should be able to handle a very large LAN before getting saturated. Doing heavy file sharing on the drives will probably be bottlenecked by hard drive speed and not the rest of the system.
