Itunes won't find show my music

I recently download so mp3's (not store itunes store) and stored them in my My Music folder. This is where all my other music is as well.

However, Itunes 7 is not seeing/finding the new music I have. It was worked before but not now.

Is there any way to force Itunes to find all my music? I in know WMP10 you can hit f5 or something and it searches for new music.

Try the File/import function in iTunes.

that only allows you to do files. I want to tell it "here is my music folder, find all my music"

is there a way to do that.
