iTunes syncing to new PC

Hi all,

I've just ventured back into the world of PC after having a MacBook for a number of years. I don't much care for iTunes anymore, but I had already amassed my whole music library into it on my MacBook. When I got my PC and installed iTunes, it synced up a few things from my library automatically from the cloud, but not most of it. I've googled around, but can only seem to find info on syncing up your iTunes library with a new Mac, or going from PC to mac. I can't figure out the best way to get my entire old music library from my Mac to the new PC. I thought about manually backing it up on an external HD, but if I go from Mac to PC with that, it wants to reformat the drive. Any thoughts? Thanks for reading!

For allowing a mac and pc to read the external hard drive, it would have to be formatted in FAT32
You can do this from either the PC side(Disk Manangement) or the Mac side(Disk Utility)

and you should then beable to copy over iTunes Media Library folder. But personally I have never moved one from mac to pc
