iTunes store -- downloading files at home AND at work...

How do I make this happen? If I download something from an account at home, is the ONLY way to get the file on my work computer to take the file with me then authorize it there? Why can't I just download it from the iTunes store again?

Apple's system has always limited downloading to purchase times, failed purchase attempts (resume), and those times when they allow you to redownload.

Copying + reauth'ing seems like the only way.

Yea, that is how their system works, and it's not too different than any others. For instance, AmazonMP3 only allots you one download, and then you have to copy them wherever else you want the music.

Typically I don't find this too hard since I keep iTunes as my organizer and then just sync that directory with a program like SugarSync, or Chronosync.
