iTunes "skipping" between tracks

Anybody know a way to make iTunes not "hiccup" when changing tracks? The fading options always time things weird...I just want it to go from track to track seamlessly with no pause.

(An example of what I'm talking about would be listening to a live CD and having it hiccup everytime the next song comes on.)

Um, I use Limewire to download stuff but I use WinAmp to play music. WinAmp works great for me but can take a long time to load on slower comps, like my friend's 1.93ghz P4, which can take up to 40 secs to load, so he uses iTunes. He hasn't complained about it yet.
