iTunes Show All > Grayed Out

Now using Windows 10 for 64 bit on a Dell Desktop. Under Windows 7, no problem downloading new podcasts and buying music. Contacted Apple Support. After 3 uninstalls and 4 installs with iTunes, message on right side of iTunes has Show All > grayed out. I can still download previously subscribed podcasts but can not click on this phrase to download new podcasts or buy music. I am properly logged in. Apple says my problem is with Windows 10. Sent a message to Microsoft Support but no answer. Any ideas?

Did you try "Run as Administrator"? I had this issue once, but i don't remember what fixed it.
