Im not sure if i should put this in the apple software forum, as it is indeed apple software, but it is for Windows XP.

anyway, with that said...what are:

Sound check and Sound Enhancer

Should i use them? If so, what should i set sound enhancer too (low, med, high, or anywhere in between)?

Thanks!

also, how can i set it to ask me if i want to delete something (i had it set to not ask by accident)?

I just did a little google action and found this:
Sound Enhancer is an artificial surround sound feature. Check this box, then try moving the slider to different settings. You can hear this best when listening to headphones; depending on the music you listen to, toggling it between on and off results in a very clear difference, an echo that creates the impression of greater depth. If you like this sound, move the slider to adjust the amount of enhancement.
