iTunes ring tones won't download on iPhone

I tried mostly everything can anyone help ?

They just get stuck on the loading bar that says Checking for Downloads.

Have you tried rebooting? I feel weird saying that, but so many of us rarely reboot our phones, it's easy to forget to do that as a troubleshooting step. But it sometimes helps.
