iTunes Question

"The attempt to burn a disc failed. An unknown error occurred (4280)."

I'm trying to burn a playlist from my iTunes onto a CD for use in a presentation. I'm on a PC (Dell Laptop) and it's giving me the aforementioned grief when I try to burn it. I'm really beginning to hate Mac-related stuff.

Can anyone help me? The presentation's Monday, and I really need this disc. I've become somewhat computer-stupid in recent months because I've been too busy to work with them much. Thanks for your help and patience.

If only people ever actually visited that forum to answer questions! 😉 Sorry to post it in OT, I'm just trying to get help ASAP. If I were just trying to burn it for kicks, I could wait, but I'm in a bit of a rush. Thanks for understanding.

Use Nero.

It's Apple software ... you need to use $1/disc CD-Rs 😛

Will Nero recognize the iTunes format? I tried to use other burning programs already, they wont even recognize whatever format iTunes rips songs into.

dunno if it's the same error code, but I got the same message. I had a string of bad media in a spindle of crappy staples cdrs (surprise surprise..) that failed burning. Wasn't just itunes either.

Also, burn at a low speed like 8x

It's a classic.
Sony and Apple. Could it be any more fitting? (2 companies who overcharge for crap - well, they overcharge for stuff you can get from others for a lot less at the same level of quality - oh, and they like their custom formats/standards too)
