iTunes problems on Windows 7

I tried running it right now and it was telling me it couldn't because Quicktime wasn't installed, I checked and it surely is. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Same message, I removed it and downloaded the separate QT installer. Same issue, this is on Windows 7 64 bit. It was working, but last week I had the same issue. I Googled this and am not turning up anything useful. It's the latest 64 bit version.

thanks MrChad going to try that now, seems every time I reboot when I try to run iTunes this happens. Hopefully this'll fix it, if not I'm screwed I can't find anything helpful on Google 🙁

*EDIT* did a repair install of Netframe 4, uninstalled iTunes, rebooted, reinstalled iTunes, ran it and got the same message ARGH!

*EDIT AGAIN* maybe got it, found an article on apple.com. I uninstalled 5 different apps the iTunes installer installs and it seems to be working now.

Rebooted and same error coming up, I've repaired Netframe, and did the uninstall just how Apple says, iTunes, QT, Apple Mobile Devices, Bonjourn(sp?) and that 1 other Apple thing in Add/remove programs. In the exact order they said to do it.

I give up *sigh*
