Itunes problem

Every time i open itunes a window pops up saying windows no disk error. and it gives me an option cancel continue or try again. if i click any of those options the window doesnt go away. so i cant update my ipod or organize my library.

please help. thank you in advance.

I've never used iTunes (probably never will), but are you sure it isn't set to look for the CD drive first??
