Well this kinda has me stumped at the moment. I have not been able to find any info through google searches on this.

I have a computer that I'm working on for a customer.

When you open Itunes it reboots the computer. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted the folder/registry settings and reloaded...it still does this.

The system did have a few viruses and some adware which I removed.

Any ideas?

I'm about to run memory tests and stuff on it.

Nothing in the event viewer at all for that. Few errors but unrelated.

It's not a blue screen then reset...it's just a hard reset at the same point in the loading process and then I get the whole "Windows has recovered from a serious error" thing.

Have you tried deleting the iTunes files & folders under:

Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Apple Computers\

and

Documents and Settings\%profile%\Application Data\Apple Computers\

After you uninstalled iTunes.
