iTunes Podcast Subscriptions Gone?

So I moved to a new PC and backed up my entire iTunes folder. However, I did not export my podcast subscriptions list before formatting my old computer. Are my podcast subscriptions stored in any of the preferences/settings files in my iTunes folder? Just to avoid confusion, I don't mean my podcast files, but a list of what podcasts I'm subscribed to and how.

Yes I backed up the whole folder. But I haven't copied anything to my new PC. Is there a specific file where the subscription list is stored?

If you just put it back in the same place everything should be as it was.

I'm actually trying to rebuild my library from scratch (with better organization). Will I have a problem importing just the settings files without all of the actual media files (at least as it was on the old PC)?

If you import just the settings file, I'm pretty sure you're going to end up with a lot of songs with the exclamation point next to them. But other than that, no problem.
