iTunes playlist question

Right now, on my pc, I have a folder dedicated to ALL my music. With iTunes, I made many playlists to organize that music.

Now, I want to take a copy of that same folder and put it on my laptop. My question is, is there a way to export the playlists on my iTunes right now so that it's the same on my laptop?
