iTunes keeps deleting my Playlists - iTunes Match

I create a playlist. Add some songs to it. Update iTunes match so I can listen on my iPhone.

My iPhone never updates with new playlist or new songs. Then I look back at iTunes and everything I just created is gone?

What gives?
 
That is odd. You dont need to update iTunes match though. It does it by itself. I add a song to a playlist and can instantly see it on my phone. Are you sure you have itunes match enabled on the phone?
