I just picked up a $25 card for iTunes and I was going to get some music. What are the usage rules for the songs that I download. Will I be physically and legally able to burn the songs on to a CD AND put them on my iPod? Or is it one or the other?

Yep.

buring is fine

ipod usage is fine.

you can only burn a playlist to a cd nine times. you can however jsut create a new playlist and burn it.

you can have a copy of your music on up to 5 computers at a time.

Thanks. I only asked b/c my ipod is out getting a batterly replacement done so I didn't want to burn a CD and find out I couldn't put it on my ipod..

nah. assumign that the ipod is new to the PC, it jsut asks you to associate it with that pc so that it can control it.
