GF has a Zune which I know has nothing to do with Apple, but the Zune software sucks for downloading covers, a lot have horribly low resolution. I installed iTunes and it did a damn good job finding a lot of Cover Art that was much higher quality. Googling this issue I'm having turns up a few results but nothing seems to be easy here. Wondering if there's a way for this...
Ok so the Covers are in iTunes 7, but aren't in the id3 tags, Zune software doesn't understand the way iTunes stores covers, now I can right click a file that has a cover, copy it and paste it back and it updates the image in the id3 tag. This is perfect except, it takes forever. We ripped her entire CD collection and doing this by hand is a bit tedious. I found a script that extracts the image from the file Apple stores the covers, but it's Mac only. A PC solution for this would be lovely, I don't know if I feel like doing this manually for 400 albums migt take me all week.
But the alternative is to be stuck with crappy looking Zune covers. Any ideas here?
