I poked around on Apples site, no luck. Here is my problem. I upgraded to Vista 64 and installed the latest iTunes 64 bit version. On the same computer, different OS I had purchased some music videos. I logged into the iTunes store on my Vista and authroized my computer. It said successful, and I had 3 remaining pc's I could authorize on this account. When I try to import my videos it asked me to authorize my account again, fine. So I did and it popped up saying I've used 5 of 5 authorizations" I'm nto overly worried because all my media is playing, but if I get a new PC I'm out of luck.

What action should I take here? I believe I should be @ 3, I only remember authorizing on 3 computers. I think I might log into my XP and de-authorize it to be safe. But that would still put me at 4 when it should be 3.

I think one time a year you can reset ALL your authorizations and reset it to zero then reauthorize the computers you want. So your not out of luck but it is an annoyance of Apples DRM.

This happened to me once, and I e-mailed Apple support to have them reset all my authorizations. They even reset all my downloads again too!

This is why you buy DRM-free stuff from Amazon. :p

Seriously though, I would contact Apple support. They should be able to fix it like they did in adambooth's case.
