Itunes alternatives?

I hate Itunes, but I really want an Ipod 30gb ($180!!!). I will never use AAC format, so I am just looking for something that will let me manage all of my music (flac, ogg, wma, mp3) in one place AND sync with the ipod?

What would really be nice is when I transfer music to ipod, if the program would automatically convert it to mp3 as it goes. Any ideas?
