I am new member and this is my first posting.:hmm:
Seeking your guidance and assistance to understand why on my WXP SP3
desktop PC whenever I try to turn on iTunes store either during the opening or while I try to play a movie after a few secs my PC performance blows up and eventually it shuts down and it needs a restart to load again.
Whereas on my W7 laptop I face no problem at all??
The rest of iTunes functions operate satisfactorily except for the Visualizer which also behaves similarly when I try to turn it on.
My system information goes as follows.

Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
