iTunes 11.1.0.126 DON'T UPDATE!

It will load every single episode listing of a podcast, you can't delete them, and it's difficult to download and transfer the ones you want, besides that it's perfect.
 
someone needs a serious gut punch over this crap, every time I hit refresh it for some reason deletes half I already have downloaded.
 
Wasted way too much time again this morning on this steaming pile. Time to find a pre 11.1 version to download until they fix this crap.

Yeah, this a weird bug to make it through.

As I have seen this all over the intertubes, I have to assume an update will fix this soon.

I moved away from iTunes for podcasts long ago. I personally use Downcast and recommend it. Clients for iOS and Mac OS X plus way more options.
 
I don't have any iOS product so using the iOS app would be kinda difficult. 😉


Did finally find a copy of the 11.05 install exe so going to read up now on how to prepare your music library for a software downgrade.
 
I switched to Downcast a long time ago and I'm not looking back. Podcasts have always been a pain in the ass in iTunes. And it seems archaic having to sync podcasts to them phone. With Spotify and such, I don't even sync music, let alone podcasts.
