Liberal studies is liberal studies because it allows you to take pretty much what you want, with a few restrictions, which are at Clarion anyhow.

The classes have to be in the college of Arts and Sciences, which includes CS, Art communications etc. You can get waivers to includes classes from other colleges in university though.

You cannot have more then 39 credits in one area such as art.

You have to have 39 credits at the 300(junior) level or above.

So you could be a LS major with minors in Art and CS, and those classes would count towards your major to.

If you look at the Clarion web site they have their couse catalog online and that will show you what is offered in each area.
 
also watch out for marketing crap, a school i briefly attended claimed a 99% placement rate. And it in fact delivered that, doing janitorial work at hospitals... working at the local theme park... it was 99% but not 99% in the field.
